This is a static informational website. It has no login, no user accounts, no contact form, and no cookies. There is a mailto link for contact, which opens your own email client rather than submitting anything through this site. However, like virtually all websites, some standard technical information is automatically processed by our hosting provider as part of delivering the site — this is described below.

Information processed by our hosting provider

This site is hosted on Vercel. As with any website, Vercel automatically processes some technical information as part of delivering pages to your device, including your IP address, browser and device type, and standard access/request logs. This is not something Thorngate Consulting separately collects, stores, or has direct access to. See Vercel's privacy notice for details.

Analytics and performance monitoring

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. Both operate without cookies and without identifying individual visitors — Web Analytics uses a one-way hash of your IP address and browser type rather than storing the IP itself, and Speed Insights samples page-loading performance from a subset of visits. Neither is used for advertising, cross-site tracking, or profiling, and neither sets a cookie on your device.

Contact

The only interactive element on this site is a mailto link, which opens your own email application. If you email us directly, we hold that correspondence only as long as needed to respond, and don't share it with third parties or use it beyond replying to your enquiry.

International data transfers

Vercel's infrastructure involves processing outside the UK, including in the United States, under contractual safeguards including UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses. This applies to the baseline hosting information above — not to anything Thorngate Consulting itself controls, since none is separately collected.
